Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Scenarios: Returns are not applicable for size issues or color preferences. We encourage you to refer to our size chart and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

• Exempt Goods: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email caravclothing@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• No Exchanges for Personal Preference: We do not offer exchanges for size issues or color changes. Please ensure your selection is correct before finalizing your order.

2. Exchange Process

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt at caravclothing@gmail.com. Provide your order number, item details, and proof of the damage or defect.

Important Exceptions

• Clearance Sale: Products purchased during a Clearance Sale are considered final sale and are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

• Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health/personal care items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
